Vegan French Crepes

  • 1½ cup soy milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (wholemeal used in this recipe)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp cold water

To Serve

  • Bonne Maman INTENSE Strawberry Spread
  1. Mix crepe ingredients together in bowl with whisk to remove lumps.
  2. Add more cold water if needed (it needs to be thin but not too thin.)
  3. Heat flat pan and spray with coconut oil or neutral oil and pour a ladder of batter on pan away from heat, quickly moving batter around
    hot pan to spread thinly.
  4. Leave to cook on medium heat for about 1 min per side then flip with spatula and cook other side.
  5. Keep crêpe on side of pan while cooking remaining crêpes.
  6. Top with Bonne Maman INTENSE Strawberry and your favourite toppings.
